Mélanie and her husband Franck live on St. Martin for 20 years now.

They have run the famous and gastronomic restaurant "Le Pressoir" at Grand-Case. It was a fabulous and creative experience, and required a lot of self-control as well as professionalism.

Now, time has passed, Mélanie sold her restaurant and Franck now offers catering service to luxury villas around the island, French and Dutch side.

Along with your rental comes a concierge service. Melanie, your host, has strong knowledge of the things to do.

"This house was perfect for our stay. It’s located on a hill above Friar’s Bay a short drive from Grand Case. Everything was as expected. The kitchen had everything that we needed including a Nespresso and drip coffee. The fridge is full sized and had an ice maker. The deck faces the direction of the sunset. Which means lots of afternoon sun. There are awnings that you can put down that provide shade until the sun is right above the horizon."
