The three bedroom 3 bath fully air-conditioned, very private and secluded vacation home sits on a privileged hillside location at the exclusive villa community of Mont Choisy, better known as the Happy Bay community. This is a quiet, secluded, gated, secured residential area highly sought after by people looking for peaceful vacations to enjoy a high degree of privacy and serenity.

Information
The owners reserve the right to occupy the apartment, which is completely independent of the villa (entrance and independent parking) if available.
Damages and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. A €1000 caution at reservation will be asked and immediately released at the end of your stay if no damages are done.

About he owners:
We came to St Martin the first time 28 years ago.
We had rented a catamaran to visit St. martin, St. Barths and the Virgin Islands, and we found this sailing area to be very pleasant.
When my wife Maryvonne sold her business, we came back to St. Barths to buy a new one, back in 2004. But the new deal broke and we came to St. Martin to buy a house because we found St. Barths to be too small and not very lively on weekends.
At first, we visited houses in the lowlands, but I found that the sea view was not high enough and that at night this area seemed gloomy and somewhat isolated.
So we waited until the house of our dream hit the market.
This happened in June 2005, and we bought Happy Days Villa which was not quite finished at that time.
It took many earthworks to finalize the courtyard and the garden to be how it looks today.
We do not regret our choice because the villa is perfectly positioned between a large hut and backwater and moreover it has direct access to Friars bay and Happy bay, which we absolutely love.
The sunsets are often exceptional, and because the villa leans against the hill, it is slightly ventilated by the trade winds.
We were among the very first to settle in Mont Choisy, and we hope to be able to enjoy this house for a long time.
