Villa Lucie is authentic and so charming. As soon as you step inside the house, you will feel in your bones that you have reached the Caribbean and relax right away. The view of the ocean is so breathtaking that you will have a hard time watching anywhere else! The swimming pool also adds a big “plus” to the comfort of the villa.

Villa Lucie is a beautiful villa located on the exceptional site of Happy Bay. Sunset Fairy sun and outstanding ocean view all day long awaits. The whole property is fully air-conditioned, fenced and guarded (electric gate). The villa has been entirely decorated by the painter Francis ECK which adds a special and unique ton to every room.

You will also fall in love with the fantastic outside living area of the villa ; from the wide and flourish tropical garden, to the swimming pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the large terrace with an outside living room, dining area and barbecue stand.

Also note that the villa has its own guardian for ultimate safety and peace of mind.

Damages and incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. A €900 caution at reservation will be asked and immediately released at the end of your stay if no damages are done.

"This house was perfect for our stay. It’s located on a hill above Friar’s Bay a short drive from Grand Case. Everything was as expected. The kitchen had everything that we needed including a Nespresso and drip coffee. The fridge is full sized and had an ice maker. The deck faces the direction of the sunset. Which means lots of afternoon sun. There are awnings that you can put down that provide shade until the sun is right above the horizon."

About the owners:

We arrived on the Friendly Island of Saint-Martin in 1999 to reconnect with a teenage football friend whom I had lost sight of.

We immediately fall in love with this island, the Caribbean Sea so beautiful with its colors, extraordinary blues, sunsets to take your breath away. So much that we have immediately decided to buy a land and built the villa of our dream on it.

A French Saint-Martin on one side and Dutch on the other ; both very welcoming. Shopping, the Creole markets and especially the restaurants of very high quality seduced us from the very beginning. In the evening everything is lively, bars, restaurants, concerts, cinema, you never get bored and to finish a little trip to one of the casinos is a must.

Saint-Martin is heaven on earth and it feels great there so get the most out of your stay. Enjoy!
